GROUPS AT IMMANUEL

Growing together as disciples of Jesus, seeking his kingdom and the flourishing of our neighbors.

These groups are church-led spaces of connection where we get to know each other, walk with each other, and practice discerning what the Holy Spirit is up to, so that we can participate. In this way, we grow together as disciples, becoming a healthy family of God and a functioning body of Christ.

TABLE GROUPS

Connecting over meals.

Table Groups are low-lift gatherings in homes or restaurants, centered around conversation where we come to see and know each other through casual connection. Hosts choose dates, group size, and location(s), and can opt to give their group a focus or theme, like a shared interest or life stage.

Hosts sign ups begin 8/9, and sign ups for active groups begins late August. 

NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS

Groups of people who live near each other meet weekly in homes, across ages and demographics.

In Neighborhood Groups, we grow in friendships and we connect our life with God and our life in the world through conversation, prayer, and scripture/sermon reflection.

DISCIPLESHIP BANDS

Connecting in mutuality.

Small groups of 3-5 men or women meet 2-4 times a month, sharing conversation around five common commitments and five regular questions.

In Discipleship Bands, we help each other discern God’s activity in our lives and support each other through good questions, deep listening, and prayer.
