HeartBound Ministries provides programs and resources to meet the needs of the prison community – incarcerated people, their families, and correctional staff–changing the culture from one of crime and incarceration to hope and restoration.
We have two ways you can engage this month to serve the HeartBound community now and throughout the year:
From September to May, Immanuel volunteers are needed to participate in a bi-monthly art class at the Metro Transitional Center or Atlanta Transitional Center. The time and date of these classes is going to be based on volunteer availability, but in order to pull it off, we need at least 4 dedicated volunteers. NO ART SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. In order to help with their programs, we are collecting snacks that can be distributed at the facilities HeartBound serves. You can purchase these snacks using the wishlist linked below.
