Building Your Parental Toolbox: Attuning to your child’s mental health

Join us Tuesday, November 7th at 7pm as Samantha Merrill and BeCa Fisk of Richmont Graduate University explore the mental health and developmental needs of our children.

What do our children need most from their parents? In a world of mounting anxieties and uncertainty, how can parents grow their confidence in providing what their child needs most: an attuned and present relationship. This parenting workshop will also explore tools for how to respond to children and meet them where they are when they exhibit emotions and behaviors that leave you feeling a bit out of your comfort zone. We hope you leave this night feeling more equipped and encouraged to continue being the best parent you can be.

If you need a stipend for childcare, you can submit for that HERE.
