Our Staff Team
Immanuel’s staff functions as a collaborative, relational, and sacrificial team which seeks to serve the church, each other, and their families. Immanuel Anglican is egalitarian, meaning that we elevate and celebrate both women and men as equally gifted and called into leadership by God in the church. Our staff is overseen by a Senior Leadership Team, which is led by our Rector.
Rev. AMY WINKLE
Rector
As Rector, Amy serves the Immanuel community by leading our staff team in working towards the mission of our church. She works with the pastors and vestry to craft and implement the vision, practices, and programs at Immanuel. Amy has a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Master of Theology degree from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Master of Studies in Hebrew & Jewish Studies from the University of Oxford. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary. She lives on the Westside of Atlanta with her husband, Johnny, and two daughters.
Rev. Ginny Seibel
Associate Priest
In her role at Immanuel, Ginny serves as our Associate Priest, assisting the Rector in leading services, supervising staff, and leading education and formation opportunities. She lives in Decatur with her husband Gabe, and their daughter. Ginny has a Masters in Theological Studies from Columbia Theological Seminary.
Micah Dalton
Worship & Outreach Pastor
As our Worship & Outreach Pastor, Micah shares his focus both inside and outside the church. Micah leads worship on Sundays, and, as a lifelong Atlantan, he is deeply rooted in our community and with artists all over Atlanta. Micah also works closely with our local partners, ministering to them as well as connecting them with necessary resources and people to support their mission to the people of Atlanta. Micah and his wife Mary Lynn live in East Atlanta Village with their three daughters.
BECKY DURHAM
Kids Pastor
Becky is our pastor for babies through 5th grade. She oversees Immanuel Kids on Sunday mornings and loves to create a safe and fun environment for kids to come and learn about Jesus. She lives in Avondale Estates with her three children and their dog, Banjo. Becky has a Masters of Theological Studies from Columbia Theological Seminary.
Jon-Michael Shelley
Youth Pastor
Jon-Michael is our pastor for youth from the 6th to 12th grade. He has a deep love for the honesty and authenticity teenagers offer to the world. He is a graduate of Covenant College and is pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies from Asbury Seminary.
TROY ALBRIGHT
Business Director
As Business Director, Troy oversees and executes the day-to-day business operations of the church. Troy graduated from Georgia State University College of Law and practiced law for a decade before transitioning to the non-profit sector. He lives in Candler Park with his wife, Christa and their two kids: Aviana and Ace.
ALLISON KEENE
Ministry & Events Coordinator
As the Ministry & Events Coordinator, Allison oversees the Hospitality, Care, and Connect teams, as well as Neighborhood Groups and church events that help welcome and bring together those worshipping at Immanuel. Allison lives in North Decatur with her husband Dave, and is a graduate of Emory University.
ALLISON RUSSELL
Kids Administrator
As the kids administrator, Allison handles volunteer scheduling and other administrative tasks. She loves working behind the scenes to help Immanuel Kids run smoothly. Allison has a Masters of Education from the University of Georgia and currently lives in East Lake with her husband and two children.
Ben Strawn
Communications Manager
As the communications manager, Ben oversees all print and online communications. Ben received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Lee University. He serves on the management team at Bellwood Coffee, and sometimes you can catch him playing shows around the Atlanta area, as he is also a singer-songwriter. Ben lives in Virginia-Highland with his wife, Kaley, and their dog, Harry.
